Bman Posted October 4, 2010 Posted October 4, 2010 Good thing this big Rainbow had a handle on it's tail! I couldn't hardly hang on long enough for a pic. A big thank you to Chuck Gries owner/guide of anglers and Archery. Captain Chuck saw what I caught and offered to take a pic. The only good line is a tight line
Bman Posted October 5, 2010 Author Posted October 5, 2010 a size 12 gray scud. The only good line is a tight line
hillbillyflyshack Posted October 5, 2010 Posted October 5, 2010 That is a fish of my dreams. Great job and congratulations.
Buzz Posted October 5, 2010 Posted October 5, 2010 Very nice rainbow. If fishing was easy it would be called catching.
Danoinark Posted October 5, 2010 Posted October 5, 2010 Great Job....thanks for sharing the adventure. Glass Has Class "from the laid back lane in the Arkansas Ozarks"
laker67 Posted October 5, 2010 Posted October 5, 2010 Holy cow Bruce. I am not surprised on either count, that you caught it, and you were you were using a #12 "grey" scud. A tremendous rainbow and well deserved.
ohmz138 Posted October 5, 2010 Posted October 5, 2010 AWESOME FISH DAD!!! I expected the browns in hand but a 10 pound rainbow! HOLY #$@! I bet it was fun playing a fish in and out of your backing, all while contolling the boat! I bet that was gut wrenching.

Yes I had my hands full running the boat by my self, took me 3 attempts to finally get that fish in the net. The only good line is a tight line
