Terry Beeson Posted November 12, 2010 Posted November 12, 2010 OK... I joined the club... Apparently, I left a C&F fly box full of flies at Taney a couple of weeks ago. I was parked down by outlet 1 and must have dropped it somewhere between the access and my truck. A stretch at the least, but I thought MAYBE someone found it and will let me know. I just figured out I lost it due to not going fishing for a couple of weeks. I need to call the hatchery to see if they had one turned in... By the way... if someone found it, they got a lot of junky flies... Trout Commander Posted November 12, 2010 Posted November 12, 2010 That's a bummer! I think I will label the inside of all (all two:lol:) of my boxes with my contact info so when (not if) this happens to me they might be recovered. I have spent most of my money on fly fishing and beer. The rest I just wasted. The latest Trout Commander blog post: Niangua River Six Pack
dennis boatman Posted November 12, 2010 Posted November 12, 2010 I would never put my name on the inside of my flybox. I would be so embarassed for anyone to see what lousy flies i make and use. Good luck on finding yours... A strike indicator is just a bobber...
fishinwrench Posted November 12, 2010 Posted November 12, 2010 I think I found it Terry, is it an Altoid tin full of Glo-balls and John Deere's ? No seriously, I know how bad that sucks. I lost All of my boxes in a tornado back in '06 and I'm just now getting them back to where they were.
