Terry Beeson Posted December 31, 2010 Posted December 31, 2010 Mtn Dew is a good choice....... And don't forget the Doritos... That would be fine. Maybe some Coke and Dt Coke for some? What time is everyone planning on showing up? I'll be there at the crack of 10am... hfdhoosier Posted December 31, 2010 Posted December 31, 2010 We are on our way to Branson. See you all tomorrow. Looking forward to meeting you all. Dennis Eat, Fish, Sleep,....Repeat Member: ozarkflyfishers http://www.ozarkflyfishers.org/
Don Posted January 3, 2011 Posted January 3, 2011 It was nice to meet you folks as well as seeing a few others again. The cold apparently thinned out the herd this year. Fishing was slow for me, only picked up three bows. There were some great cooks in the crowd. I had a great time. What a great bunch of people to start off the new year. Don May I caught you a delicious bass.
back2roots Posted January 3, 2011 Posted January 3, 2011 I want to echo what Don said. A VERY good way to start the year!!! Blessings All!!! Bill If you liked the sound....Thank the engineer!
Trout Commander Posted January 3, 2011 Posted January 3, 2011 Ditto! Thanks: Gator for the Jambalaya. Phil for the wind-blocking tarps. Don for the meatballs (I think) Terry for the portable propane glove dryer (shown in use in pic #3, counting top to bottom) Terry for the Chips and Tots. Anyone else who brought food that I didn't put a face and name with (including the delish chili) Everyone else I met listed above and not for the good conversation and fellowship. Hoosier, we expect a report from you two's stay this week! I have spent most of my money on fly fishing and beer. The rest I just wasted. The latest Trout Commander blog post: Niangua River Six Pack
Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted January 3, 2011 Root Admin Posted January 3, 2011 Gary brought the meatballs... Don brought his appetite! Terry fried up biscuits, chips and tots. He'd fry up some trout but no one could catch any. Dave Cook's chili was awesome. So was the jambalaya and rice. No I think Don brought a stuffed jalapeno appetizer. Dennis and his wife brought a nice meat and cheese dish with crackers (hfdhoosier). I brought coffee.
RSBreth Posted January 3, 2011 Posted January 3, 2011 I always miss it. This time I had to clear away a dead oak that was going to fall across the driveway if I didn't drop it first.
