Root Admin Phil Lilley Posted January 26, 2011 Root Admin Share Posted January 26, 2011 If you to boat from dam to dam, how many miles would that be?
Dutch
I have done it before and it seems like it is about 75 miles but I may be off.
lonkm
If you to boat from dam to dam, how many miles would that be? According to my Hot Spots lake map it is just over 82 miles. That is measured down the center of the lake, it looks like.

taxidermist
http://www.bullshoals.com/map/ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bull_Shoals_Lake http://www.swl.usace.army.mil/parks/bullshoals/ Dam to dam as the crow flies I was told 80 miles the wiki site confirms that. If you followed the river channel, I was told 127 miles.
Martin
I always thought it was right at 76 miles, dam to dam.... That's what Rick LaCourse's GPS told him during the ill fated FLW walleye tourney in 2005 or 2006. (Can't remember which year the came), but it was too late for the spawn and too early for the good bite. Well to be exact, he ran from Bull Shoals Boat Dock to Powersite.....
