I watched it once didn't know at first they were Vegas suspected it by the looks of them being sick.

Me I have cut back on me because I was very sick up to the time I changed my diet and lost a hundred pounds.Got away from Processed Flour,Sugars,cut back on Salt and Fats.Eating more Whole Grains,Vegatables and Fruits.Fish two to three times a week.

I learned that lesson one summer when I was driving all over the state doing field work. I was up early and in late and didn't have time or inclination to pack lunches so I ate fast food burgers 4 days a week. That was a serious eye-opener.
