Told my wife I was going to Barclay.She says you'll fool around and get stuck.Told her I guess I'll just have to use Road Service.

Drove in there from 64HWY.Pavement was clear but got over to MDC Land and the road was a little messy.Had an 8 Point Buck and two Does cross the road in front of me.Down at the T was slick but it always is in this weather.

Get down to the river its up some and muddy lots of trash.Went to the riffle its up on the Gravel Bar some.Baited up with Power Bait tried but no luck.Went back down at the Canoe put in.Caught my Limit so I have Dinner.

Thanks for the report...may give it a try Thursday...

I'd suggest you stay on the banks until the USGS river gage gets below 3 ft or less.. Currently it says it's just crested at 3.8 ft...

Yea its running pretty deep and fast bunch more running in it.

I live near Bolivar, and Sac River is really rolling....Thinking NEXT week for a trip...thanks for the info...

Your bucks still have antlers this time of year. Ours were getting loose in muzzleloading season.

I live about 20 miles east of oneshot, had one in the yard on monday morning as I was leaving for RR.

Yea last year they was losing them way late see one drop well into March.

ya last year i was down at bennet for opening day and saw a nice 8 pointer in the park that is the latest i have seen one with horns up here just south of kc our deer our slick headed by february
