Here is a quick place to check. http://www.nwk.usace.army.mil/pt/daily.cfm Well I checked there thats why I asked here.My wife had to go to her Moms yesterday and she went down by the Dam said the Lake was still down but water enough in the Cove there to fish. I was kind of wondering about Linley Creek too. oneshot
Trav Posted February 21, 2011 Posted February 21, 2011 Looks close to pool to me. Here is a quick place to check. http://www.nwk.usace.army.mil/pt/daily.cfm Took a ride up there yesterday. It is about a foot down. I like to see it about three foot above pool during spawn....maybe March will be rainy.. "May success follow your every cast." - Trav P. Johnson
oneshot Posted February 21, 2011 Author Posted February 21, 2011 Maybe my wife don't know what Normal Pool looks like but I would say its up enough to wet my Line oneshot
Members Skeeter007 Posted February 22, 2011 Members Posted February 22, 2011 If you are brave enough to do so, right now you can run the first flat above Pittsburg pretty easily if you are on plane and trimmed up. I watched someone idle across the 2nd, but it looked like they were having problems. FYI...There was a major change in water color right around Nemo on that side yesterday. It was pretty dark and muddy from Nemo up. It is pretty clear below the 64 bridge and theres tons of dead shad everywhere on the lake. Great for feeding the birds!

I'm mostly fishing from the bank but I have some Froze Shad might bait up and see what tugs on the Line. Thanks! oneshot

Hope it clears up......anybody have a water clarity report? what about up the Pomme arm? Jerkbait fishing could be tough if the water is dark...
