J. L. Custom Bamboo Fly Rod

Hi Guys, just picked up a J.L. Custom Bamboo fly rod manufactured in Little Rock Ar. I can't find any info on it but it looks amazing. 6'6" 3 wt with 2 tips and original rod case. If anyone has any info I would really appreciate it

I've never heard of J.L. Custom Bamboo Fly rods...but there are lots of hobbyists making bamboo rods these days. Post some pictures over at Pete's link, I'm sure that someone over there will know from wence it came. Cheers.

That is interesting, my Grandpa had a bamboo rod but no one knows what happened to it. I don't think this rod is that old but it sure is cool. I'm gonna take it out for the trout opener and see what it can do!!
