I agree with you about the zone systems at the trout parks. It bothered me at one time, but now I'm pretty sure that it is the best way for every one to have a chance at an enjoyable experience at the parks. I don't know about Bennett specifically, but I do think all the parks should have at least a short C&R section.

The biggest problem with a year around C & R in the parks would be keeping the trout from migrating. There are no two barriers in Bennett. The policing wouldn't be easy either. It's amazing what people will do for a big fish.

The is the winter C & R and the river which doesn't see a lot of catch and keep beyond the accesses.

Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.

There are two barriers in Bennett...the dam and the Whistle Bridge. You could have C&R in that area, but that would piss a lot of people off due to the high bank hole and what not being in there with HUGE numbers of fish.

Well suggest they turn what is probably the most popular stretch into C & R......then run!

High Bank hole? What about the Bluff, the Outlet, the Long and the Bridge hole? And the theory that the Whistle is a barrier has some holes in it.
