Capt. Gary Haupt with the Water Patrol Division of the Missouri State Highway Patrol said that all events on Table Rock Lake have been cancelled through Sunday, May 1. The Marine Patrol cited public safety and property damage concerns as the main reasons for revoking the permits that are needed to hold tournaments on the lake.

Where did you hear that all tournaments cancelled by Corps for 14 days? I cannot find an official announcement on that, do you have a link to something?

One of my neighbors went to a Corps meeting yesterday. I think that the Corps had suggested that they cancel them for 14 days. I did see a report on the BASS site stating that the Water Patrol had canceled all tourneys unti at least Sunday May 1st.

FLW has officially called off their tournament next week. The economic impact of loosing these two tournaments is un-calcualable.

Well that should show you how bad the lake is right there. If they don't want the most experienced fisherman out there they sure don't want some joe blow like me out there.

Too much money to be lost in the Branson area if they cancel the FLW event. If there was any way to have that tourney they were gonna do it.

FLW has cancelled now and not coming back this year.

FLW Outdoors announced Thursday that the Walmart FLW Tour event on Table Rock Lake, originally slated for May 5-8, has been rescheduled to take place July 21-24 on Pickwick Lake in Florence, Ala.
