snagged in outlet 3 Posted June 9, 2011 Posted June 9, 2011 Anybody remember a post I did where my daughter used my old furnace hackles for indian pumpkin headresses? See Pic. She enteres them in a pumpkin contest and won. I actually tried to give these away last year. All that is left are sizes too big for cracklebacks and stuff. Now they are going on Craigslist and Snagged is eyeballing a new driver. Woohoo!!!!!! Snagged
Flysmallie Posted June 9, 2011 Posted June 9, 2011 Good plan. It would be awesome to make some money off of those. Didn't your daughter win the contest too?
snagged in outlet 3 Posted June 9, 2011 Author Posted June 9, 2011 Sorry, couldn't find this pic when I did the first post. Pete
snagged in outlet 3 Posted June 9, 2011 Author Posted June 9, 2011 Ya know. My daughter is 12 and she thinks the whole thing is goofy. I asked her how many of her friends are into it and she said none. She is a big fan of Idol BTW. Daddy wants a new a driver!!! Pete
FishinCricket Posted June 9, 2011 Posted June 9, 2011 Oh, yeah.. I remember this was supposed to be a passing fad that would effect the prices of hackle at all! cricket.c21.com

Rolan Duffield Posted June 9, 2011 Posted June 9, 2011 I saw an ad in the newspaper recently that offered 3 feathers for $18.00 I'll gladly sell several thousand feathers for half that price.
snagged in outlet 3 Posted June 10, 2011 Author Posted June 10, 2011 I've had them listed for 8 hours, not even a nibble. Pete
