Looked at the maps, then the link.....its all "threats of impact"....dont know the vocabulary, but I looked up 6 stretches just now...3 that suck, 3 that are great....to ones that suck had some yellow or red zones....ones that rock....other end of the scale.

The purpose of the habitat project is to get more rivers out of the red and into the blue. This serves as a sort of baseline to measure how that's going. Look at the national map on the full report. Pretty impressive.
