Biz, brought me to Madison County, IL today....30 minute meeting then I went hunting for Jerry's Tackle Shop in Highlandville,IL. Saw lots of half browned out corn and finally found the place.

Small town shop...but a good one.......Not a ton on the pegs, but nice folks.....Fly Fishing Stuff, Hardware Fishing, Live & Cut Bait, Guns & Ammo....If they dont have it, I'm sure that they will order or make it for you.......Ended up with about half dozen house made spinnerbaits and a few other odds and ends..... 4 1/4oz twin spins....a couple of Jerry's Weedless Wonders...(triple spin).Swivels on the spinners could be upgraded to ball bearing models...but they should catch as is. Worth the stop if your out that way.

Gavin, not being critical but it is Highland Illinois not Highlandville :-). I live there. They have alot of neat stuff, I get my round ball jig heads there 1/80th ounce,

Highland it is...must have been confused by all that corn.

Are you sure you were not confused by the corn squeezin's?

Been there a few times, pretty unique shop.

Another vote for Jerry's here as well. Great little place, for sure. Their house made spinners are nice. Also, I like the fact you can pick up parts for making your own. I plan on making a few inlines this fall for trout. You can get that stuff at Cabela's, but, they just don't have the same selection that Jerry's has. Lastly, there's just something special pulling up to a place looking like an old garage rather than a mall.

Not a fan of most corn sqeezins...but I'll give it a go..........

Gotta love those hole in the wall tackle shops. I cant pass one up. Some have a good vibe, others dont. Its a tough business, and I always like to show the flag for a good one.
