I'm often down that way and have my fishing gear. It was easier in the summer when it was light out after work. Now it will be dark. I may not be dissuaded though. For me, I'd love to learn more about access points on lower taneycomo, tips on fishing it from shore, whether going out on the weekend in a kayak would be worth it, and that sort of thing! Ideas on Swan Creek, the area just below Powersite Dam, and such would be welcomed by me also.

So, Fred....post all you like and know it will be appreciated.

Absolutely post. I try to as well....at least I do when I get to go there. Since they are doing the work @ the dam....hoping to try some wading down there as well....I'll let you know.

I think you'll find that you'll get a lot of views. A forum like this reaches many more people then the number of posts indicate. This is why you shouldn't post anything you feel you don't want well known and think you're only reaching a few.

I would appreciate seeing reports from the lower lake. I've always wanted to give it a try down there, and some up to date reports would help a lot. Also, do you fish for other species in that area? It would be nice to hear about that also.
