C&r Season At Roaring River

"Hey Tim, we are going to stock 1100 fish this week and then 350 every other week after that for the whole season. We are putting in 100 lunkers also. We are going to put about 500 extra fish in the c&r.

#1 is open all year

#2&#3 are closed nov 1st- about the 25th of feb

You can only fish zones 1 & 2 during C&R

Zone 3 is closed till march 1st 2012

it sounds like by reading the part of the link below where it talks about catch and release that zone 3 is open to it from "the old dam to the bridge" just not open to "bait fishing". I put the link to the roaring river info sheet below. Any clarification on this Tim?
