Members Matt Madura Posted December 12, 2011 Members Posted December 12, 2011 Hunted the Rock Saturday morning with my little brother Blake, his first hunt, and we were successfull. Hunted near Kimberling City down DD hwy, and man was it foggy WOW!! We got a total of 5 before we had to call the hunt but we got this gem. This golden eye was banded 7/6/2005 in Bemidji, MN, too young to fly at the time. I let my little brother claim it and get the certificate, however it will be on display on my lanyard for now for public viewing.
duckydoty Posted December 12, 2011 Posted December 12, 2011 Awesome Matt. I struck a big goose egg today. Absolutely nothing flying on the Rock. May try Upper Bull Shoals in the morning or the blind on Coney Island. Have not decided yet. Great job on taking Blake out. Oh, and by the way, what kind of ducks are these??? LOL! A Little Rain Won't Hurt Them Fish.....They're Already Wet!! Visit my website at.. Ozark Trout Runners

BilletHead Posted December 12, 2011 Posted December 12, 2011 Congrads Matt and Blake. What a neat deal. I am still looking fo my first duck band. Got a couple from geese. Last year the one I took had made the trip clear from Winnapeg Mannatoba.
