Don Posted September 26, 2006 Posted September 26, 2006 John, I got your yarn today and I surely appreciate it. I plan to do some tying this week and should soon be ready to disco. Thanks.....Don Don May I caught you a delicious bass.
Kansas Fly Fisher Posted September 26, 2006 Author Posted September 26, 2006 Glad you got it. We should meet sometime and do some tying / fishing. I was hoping to make it to the get-together at Bennett today but forgot about the EMT class I'm teaching starting tonight. Maybe next time. John Born to Fish, Forced to Work KSMEDIC.COM
Terry Beeson Posted October 6, 2006 Posted October 6, 2006 If anyone is still looking for the green, apparently it wasn't a very popular color in Nixa, so it is now in the clearance aisle for $3 a skeen. Only one left when I was there... Well... there WERE two... now only one since one of them followed me home... I browse that aisle from time to time. You'd be surprised what fly tying and fishing stuff winds up there... Kansas Fly Fisher Posted October 7, 2006 Author Posted October 7, 2006 Thanks for the offer Terry, but my order came in the mail today. I ordered the green, brown, and white. I'll be busy tomorrow at the tying bench. John Born to Fish, Forced to Work KSMEDIC.COM

I used foam heads, added some hackle and disco yarn, and these foam heads made for me by a friend have a collar....so they are DISCO DIVERS.
