Members walker04 Posted March 9, 2012 Members Posted March 9, 2012 Most of the fish were caught on the Forsythe side of Swan Creek between the clay point and the bridge. They seemed to be holding pretty close to the bank there. IM leaving work early, going to go check this out:-)

Wayne SW/MO Posted March 10, 2012 Posted March 10, 2012 I heard last night that some others had done well at Barker. I was told they limited out on big sows. I have no reason to doubt the source. Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.
Members CollegeFish86 Posted March 10, 2012 Members Posted March 10, 2012 Fished last night in swan and caught one little male white and 3 keeper largemouths at the bluffs
emjay Posted March 11, 2012 Posted March 11, 2012 ^ that means they were at beaver yesterday...haha. still waiting on a report from my friend who said he was going this weekend.
Members walker04 Posted March 11, 2012 Members Posted March 11, 2012 I fished from 100am to 7pm Saturday. Started off at Swan, stayed there for 2 hours...Not 1 bite on white roostertail and chartruese roostertail. Say about 4 or 5 other people there, no one caught anything. Left and went to Slough Holler, fished for 2 hours there, nothing....went to River Run. First cast caught a nice male, 2lbs. They had the water running below. After I caught that, thought it was one. They shut the water off and then over the next 2 hours I caught 2 trout. went to Barker hole. Caught about 15 bass...5" long. 1 12" walley. stayed there til 530ish. Went to Beaver creek and fished till 7pm. I think ALL of Forsyth was in Beaver Creek...and no one was catching anything. thinkt he cold snapped pushed em all back out. Anyways...frustrated.
