exiledguide Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 I never cared much for salt water fishing but I really liked Jose and Flips shows. RIP Jose, I hope those big ones are rising wherever you are.
Gavin Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 Hope that he has couple guide days on the river Styx before he reaches his final destination. Slainte! Jose Wejebe.

Justin Spencer Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 Spanish Fly has always been one of my favorite fishing shows, never cared for saltwater fishing either, until I lived in Florida for several years. Once you taste the bitterness of the salt, sweetwater fishing will always take a back seat. Jose seemed like a genuine good guy that lived to fish, he will be missed. Gavin Posted April 7, 2012 Posted April 7, 2012 Spent his last days filming & chasing tarpon on the fly with Hargrove's buddy Capt. Tom Shadley down near Chokolocksee. Not a bad way to go! Thinking if I had a couple days left...thats what I'd be doing!
