Are there any small mouth bass in Pomme De Terre?

Yes there are some in the Pom arm but very few. I have only caught 1 on the main lake. All the rest have been up the river toward the Cave Hole.

I fish Pomme at least once or twice a month and have since I was 16. I have caught 4 ever there. All have been within sight of the dam and all have been 2 1/2-3 lbs. Its rare, but there are a few in there.

Thanks for the replies. last Sunday near Nemo Marina I caught what i believe was a 12" smallmouth.

I was Bluegill fishing the other day caught a couple.

Just after posting that, I was up there last Saturday and caught 2 small ones

I caught a small one by the dam the first time I fished pomme on a dropshot, haven't caught one since.

Nitro96, those were most likely CARP you caught knowing your kind of fishing. I'm surprised I didn't see you down there last weekend. I was up there Saturday fishing near the dam.
