Pavilion And Parking Lot Lights

This is to Phil or anyone else in the know. What in the world has happened to our lighted pavilion and the parking lot lights below the hatchery? Also, the lower lights at the hatchery are out as well. Are we not paying enough tax payer dollars to keep them lit? I miss the safety factor that comes with being able to leave your vehicle in a well lit lot. I will be packin the snake doctor once again. Who would you have to contact to find out what's going on there?

There's lights out on ramps around Stockton too....must be the 'green' effect. Makes loading a boat after dark a tad more difficult, eh?

They are on as of today ... during the day... so I imagine they are set up to be on both day and night.

So yes -- the lights are on at the pavillion... not sure about the parking lot lights.
