Float Tube Fishing

Just wondering if anyone would be interested in doing some float tube fishing on springfield lake!!

check with City Utilities who manages that and Fellows and McDaniel lakes.

several years ago, a buddy of mine was run off of Fellows and Springfield for using his float tube.

CU said it was a liability risk they would not allow.

He even had his attorney call their legal counsel and offer to provide a waiver of liability.

CU would not make any exception.

Please post what you find, I would like to tube Fellows for Muskies, too.

I thought MO had a law that said you couldn't sue a landowner if you were given "free" access to hunt or fish on there property. Where's Hoglaw? He's AR, but maybe he knows.

Hmm I'll have to check into it. I've seen several YouTube videos of guys float tube fishing in Springfield lake

I was told in 2008 you can't use tubes on any of C U's lakes.

I've seen a bunch of you tubes of a guy on a poontoon type boat not a float tube. I think that might be the difference.
