exiledguide Posted June 27, 2012 Posted June 27, 2012 Thanks to the Oreillys for donating a 3 and 1/2 mile permanent conservation easement on the James River in Stone county to Ozark Greenways that stretch of river forever as reported in the Springfield News Leader this morning.
OzarkFishman Posted June 27, 2012 Posted June 27, 2012 http://www.news-lead...dyssey=nav|head Read the article. “We can’t afford to buy an easement this big, but the O’Reillys have that conservation mindset so they were willing to donate it." At the end of the article, it says that at least one other landowner is thinking about a similar easement. Great stuff!!!

Wayne SW/MO Posted June 28, 2012 Posted June 28, 2012 That's good news. I wonder if it's north or south of McCall? Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.
Nighthawk Posted June 28, 2012 Posted June 28, 2012 we should all remember this when we buy auto parts.
