Bittle
I'm going to try my hand at some night time fly fishing tonight. hope to see somebody else down there. If you hear a big yell I probably just hooked myself.
tippett7
So how did fishing go last night. I was going to go, but was too tired at 10:30 pm.
luckycraft
I went out lastnight and the only one I saw was the conservation agent, who politely checked my liscense. I am fairly new to Taneycomo and don't quite have it figured out. I did manage to hook several small rainbow on a 10 white wooly bugger. I was wondering what others threw at night. I was drifting and got the majority of my fish at the end of the drifit even after holding for a few seconds after the end of the drift. Makes me think that my depth wasn't quite right and I should put an indicator on. I was wondering if people stripped leaches at night, drifted nymphs, or had any other technique. laker67
I fished last night as well and with only moderate success. Caught good quality fish again but no big one this trip. This is the first trip out of 4 in the past 3 weeks that I have failed to land or hook a 5 to 6 lb fish. Talked with some streamer guys who fished the lower end and did well, but it appeared that most above the rebar were having a tuff time of it. Full moon and a great night to be out.
