Weil said a scientist at the CDC, which is in Atlanta, said to him, "In Georgia, we go canoeing and we see crawfish. It never occurred to me to eat one. What's wrong with you people?"

Wayne SW/MO Posted July 12, 2012 Posted July 12, 2012 I had a buddy that would eat them raw. It was generally out of a spring though and I don't know if they would have much due to the isolation. I like mine boiled. Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.
