Planning on fishing friday-monday. How bad will boat traffic be and if I get up the white river will it not be as bad? I fish LOZ alot and am used to that pressure somewhat.

LOL if you are used to loz, then nothing could be possibly as bad.

Nothing like the trolling motor 3 foot out of the water and slamming back down. LOL

6 AM to 10:30 AM and 6:30 PM to dark should be ok. If you are thinking above Eagle Rock, be aware the water is getting skinny up here.

I would fish from dawn to 10 A.M. from pt. 10 to pt. 13 on the James or pt. 9 to pt. 16 on the white. Unless you like to fish after dark, this will be your best bet. Read all the latest reports and you should catch fish.

With all the rain coming this week/weekend, think the fish will come up shallow or find some running water once it starts to rise?

Decided to beat the traffic and went today big M at dawn surface temp 79 top water soon as the sun popped up id catch a few and move down river point to point drop shot was the most productive only one on spoon seems its still game on for now 1Lm 2 Sm 17ks no eyes the sunshine put them back in play

We had a brief, hard rain Sunday. The ground sucked it up and the creeks are still empty. For flow into the lake to happen, we will need several days of rain.
