Forsythian Posted October 30, 2012 Posted October 30, 2012 Secured a hall pass from Mrs. Forsythian, and made my way over to the 11 point for some solitude and fishin'. Put in at Greer on Saturday noon, and took out at Turner on Sunday noon. Fishing was excellent on Saturday (by my standards), with 6 fish to hand. Brought another 2 to hand on Sunday. Best pattern was a small black stone, I'd say a 12 or 14, fished under an indicator in relatively skinny water. Most fish were in the 15" range, and strong as can be. Saw deer, turkey, bald eagles, and only 2 other floating groups. Big moon overnight, with owls, coyotes, and the requisite sasquatch throwing rocks into the river near camp. Thanks as always to Brian's shop for their trustworthy shuttle service. A couple of pics are attached, can't wait to go again! Cenosillicaphobiac
Gavin Posted October 30, 2012 Posted October 30, 2012 Looks like you brought enough stuff:>)! Glad you had a good time.
Daryk Campbell Sr Posted October 30, 2012 Posted October 30, 2012 Looks/sounds like a good time. Money is just ink and paper, worthless until it switches hands, and worthless again until the next transaction.
