Duane Allen and I had a good trip to Capps today, I think total togeather we landed 18 or 19 rainbows and browns, we hooked a lot

that we didn't land, black leeches and olive leeches did well for me today, I think Duane did the best on a black leech, caught a few on a brown woolybugger, water has cleared up and the fish were a bit spooky as the day progressed, we started about 7:30, a blamy 17 degrees early and it warmed up nice by 10:00, great day on the creek, better than sitting around the house.

...I fished on the Niangua yesterday morning and my rod looked like that too...had to keep dipping it in the river...I had a good day too, and nobody around...go figure...
