I am about to bite the bullet and buy a mega 110 suspending jerk bait. I can only buy one at this time and I will be fishing there in the beginning of march. Anyone have any suggestions as to what color or model I should buy?

Thanks for the advice. I was wondering if I should do the original 110 or the + 1. So I'm guessing you have had more success with the plus one? Lol. I really wish they would multiply that would solve of bunch of my problems!

I would definitely like to have a variety of colors for different water clarities , but unfortunately not going to happen this year. I am assuming with the drought we are having and going in early march that the water clarity is going to be pretty good. So I do like your original suggested color

I love my megabass but if I were on a budget I would get two pointers in different colors or two spro mcsticks. I you have this type of bait then by all means step up to the megabass.

Are they really that much better than say an Xcalibur EEratic shad or a Luck-e-strike Rick Clunn RC STX that you could buy three of for the price of one Megabass? And those are American companies.
