Guest Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 I don't know, but I hope you're right. So far it's up about 10", I think we'll be lucky to see a 2 foot rise. its up 10" in the first 24hrs, thats a pretty good clip.
J-Doc Posted January 30, 2013 Posted January 30, 2013 I'm voting 2.25ft. That's my 2-cents. Very glad to see it com up some. I hope it comes up to 1118 by early summer. Need marine repair? jeb Posted January 31, 2013 Posted January 31, 2013 Hard to see the rise here in the PC area. Prarire Creek is up a tiny bit and stained. But if the lake is up, it's not by much. John B 08 Skeeter SL210, 225F Yamaha
Stump bumper Posted January 31, 2013 Posted January 31, 2013 Yea one foot is going to be hard to see and with just a little generation it is already starting to drop at the dam. I think the rise is over.
Guest Posted January 31, 2013 Posted January 31, 2013 my blind optimissm is fading. Its up 1.2ft so far http://www.swl-wc.usace.army.mil/pages/data/plots/htm/bea.htm
J-Doc Posted January 31, 2013 Posted January 31, 2013 Dam kicked on the flow and out a big dent in the rise. Had a spike in power due to cold temps probably. Need marine repair? J-Doc Posted January 31, 2013 Posted January 31, 2013 I hate my phone sometimes.......changes my words and makes me sound like an idiot savant. Dam kicked on and that stopped the rise for a moment.......that's what I was trying to say. It will level off around 1.5ft gain I bet. Need marine repair? J-Doc Posted February 1, 2013 Posted February 1, 2013 Still rising steady. I saw that some creeks in town still have some flow in them. Nothing major but there is still current. Eventually will make it to Beaver. I wish we had bet money on the rise level. A 2.25' gain is looking pretty good! :-) Need marine repair? Send our own forum friend "fishinwrench" a message. Quillback Posted February 1, 2013 Posted February 1, 2013 Looks like it's topped out. Approximately 1.2 feet. I was hoping for 2-3 feet.
