What Size Drop Shot Weight?

I am curious as to what size drop shot weights to use. What is the general consensus?

3/8 oz always

I like 1/4 oz myself.

1/8 - 1/2 oz.

but usually a 1/8 oz.

I will use anywhere from 1/8-1/2

1/8 for shallow pitching

3/16 for shallow pitching

1/4 to 3/8 for most applications between 20-50 feet depending on the wind

1/2 for those breezy days when boat control can be tough. Get it down quick

Yes, most of the time. Very versatile for vertical work, or dragging it on flats while looking for vertical fish. Have never fished one shallower than 20' or so.
