hi new to forum my name is bill. also new to walleye fishing. i am trying to find info on stockon walleyes. i live up by kc so i am trying to do some trip planning first. can any one tell me when they start coming shallow? current water temp or fish report? i have fished for them once in a river in iowa with people who had the know how. i would certainly appreciate any info of any kind that would help in my new quest for spring walleyes. thank you in advance have a blessed day!

bill, I am not a stocton or walleye expert by any means, but if you look in the Stockton forum and start going back through the threads you should find a lot info on stockton walleye.

You might want to hire Bob Bennett for a day or 1/2 day trip. He is a guide on Stockton and a contributor to this forum. He could possibly make your maiden trip very good and put you on to where and how to do it.

thank you guys for all the tips.i will post any results cant get their for a couple of weeks though. the trouble with construction work breaks at the wrong time.

Bill, I just talked with my brother Friday and he said that the Walleye are being caught off of the rocks on the dam. Hope this helps.
