J-Doc Posted February 15, 2013 Posted February 15, 2013 Very cool explanation on down imaging/structure scan. I was keeping it all "layman's terms". LOL! Need marine repair? Send our own forum friend "fishinwrench" a message. He will treat you like family!!! I owe fishinwrench a lot of thanks. He has been a great mechanic with lots of patience!

Guest Posted February 15, 2013 Posted February 15, 2013 Ive got several more pics that I can upload tonight
Guest Posted February 16, 2013 Posted February 16, 2013 The arches above those spoonbills are walleye, IMO. They might be very large crappie or keeper largemouth. Not real sure, but Im going back next week to get better resolution images. I was either moving too fast or too slow at times. The longest streak is a fish that sat right under the boat and drifted with it. Its not bigger in size, just happened to kick at the right time. I found that tree a few months ago, but havent been back in there lately. Its easy to find those crappie condos with bamboo shoved in a bucket.
Feathers and Fins Posted February 16, 2013 Posted February 16, 2013 Its images like those that make me want to side scan them with someone over the top for a almost 3d look at it. Cool imagery. to think i remember flashers. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Beaver-Lake-Arkansas-Fishing-Report/745541178798856

In fact, I wish that mine was working bc their great for running wide open with instant depth updates. We can side scan them, just PM and I will show you where.
