Stillwater Discount

Got an email Stillwater. Discount on rooms and condos from March 1 till May 21. We stayed there a number of times in the last couple of years after OAF recomendation and liked it at the discount rate.

Thanks for the heads up exiled. Wife, I and kids stayed there last fall. VERY nice place that was family friendly; were definitely going back a few times this year........and that's saying something.......my wife is not easily impressed.:-)

That time of the year, you really cannot beat Stillwaters. Very nice place on TR. Not a huge fan during the Summer when SDC is in full swing and the 76 strip is full of traffic, but this time of year, thru May it is more than Excellent

Ya, we have been going down there in May and October for a combo fishing trip and SDC for the crafts and the music and just to get away from the house we live about an hour from Indian Point but SDC really sucked last fall both quality and quantity of musical groups fell way off. It's kind of sad because we had decided to stop taking long vacation trips and spend our money in MO or Arkansas. I' still be down there every once in a while to eat at Crazy Cajun Citchen on the pointgumbo ettoufe and meat pies, Danna's in W Branson Pulled pork and loaded baked potato and Parmesean's pizza in W Branson. Now if someone could tell me where I can find a resturant that serves Turtle soup my life would be complete.
