Evolution - I was actually checking out the Deps Buzzjet as well. I've heard some great things about it. Do you throw the full size (4" & 1 oz.) or the Jr. (3" and 1/2oz.). I'm thinking I'd prefer the Jr. size for stream smallies, but was wondering if it has the same action. What's your favorite way to work it? And any colors you prefer?

These day, it's all about quality over quanity for me so I prefer the 4in but I think the jr will be perfect for your situation since you are probably using a lighter setup when it comes to stream fishing. You won't lose any action between the full size and the jr. but the 4in. creates a wider wake that I prefer when fishing topwater. I usually let the fishes tell me what they what when working this lure but most days I just slowly roll it in. Colors: I like the chartruese but I believe the jr. doesn't come in that color unless you import it in. Overall, I have an aresenal of DEPS lure and have been very satisfied when everyone of them, on top of that, they hold their value if you every decide that this lure isn't for you.
