zarraspook Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 The wife and I run up there this evening ( 4:30-8:00 ) and here is the results -- All but the 19" walleye came on the flicker shad..... Also - 5 LM bass all on a 6" green punkin w/ red flake lizard - 2 were 16"+.. Thanks 9LBer for the "tip off" that "the bite is on"..... I took my 5 year old up to CC last Friday and we caught close to 100 crappie, with 12 good keepers and 2 walleye. By the way, i haven't seen anything from Straw Hat on here. Hope he's alright and still out catching fish.
straw hat Posted May 30, 2013 Posted May 30, 2013 Thanks for asking about me NWTF. I had a reaction to one of my meds back in Feb. It shutdown all testosterone production, shutdown thyroid production, setting heartrate went to 180, etc. The medicine they went too suddenly stopped working las t week so my body 'crashed' again. Back on another new med. They said it will take about 3 weeks for me to stabilize and then we will see. At least the thyroid is back up and running. To all my freinds out there, enjoy your health when you got it and hug your wife and kids every time you get a chance.
