I know I am pretty delusional or so I have been told by some here, but I thought Mizzou did pretty good last year for the first 3 quarters of every or most every game. I think Al was right on talking about depth. I think that is what killed us at the last 15 to 20, 25 minutes of the game. We just got wore down. We couldn't hang on in the end. If we could have rotated players, I think the tigers might have something to contend with.

That's just it, the SEC has more depth at every position than other conferences.

We lack depth this year and its going to cost us a couple of games.

The depth in the SEC is ungodly ( as Notre Dame ) found out. And I agree its time to give up WMS I wont go to a game there the element after the game is getting dangerous. I am watching tex tech v smu right now and have concerns for many teams tomorrow. The heat can cause some serious injuries, looks like lots of cramping in the game im watching now. Granted its boring but still a game.

I was bitching 3 weeks ago when my wife informed me that we weren't going to the first game. Bday party instead.

Now I'm happy to watch it at home. It's going to be 97 at kickoff ands its going to feel 110 on the field. Cramping will play a big role tomorrow. ULL will feel right at home in this heat.

Yeah, I found out the hard way last year! But I guess not as hard as the Tigers did. LOL!

Johnny Halftime has to play Bama in our old time slot on the schedule.

T minus 14 days until that defense puts him down for the season.

Those boys are dirty and they'll hurt ya.

Ark always sustained the majority of their injuries that week for the past several years.

I don't like cheap shots, but its their bread and butter play. Refs look the other way too.

The shots Tyler Wilson took should've been ejections under this new rule.

Lets see if they enforce it against the almighty Gump's of Alabama.

Little Johnny didn't do himself any favors in the off season.

The new rule from my understanding is not just an (ingame) but a reviewable by NCAA officials post game. Sounds like they are very serious about stopping it, and its way past time they do. I typically do not support the NCAA rules or I should say how they interpret rules or enforce at their will what they want but this one I do. Will it make a difference? If its enforced yes that is what im waiting to see.

We have a murderous schedule after the first four possibly one of the toughest in the SEC and im glad for it. I want to see what Coach B and his dream team of assistants are made of. If he pulls off a 6-6 season I will be very happy he pulls an 8-4 I will believe then we have a real coach! He does anything below an 5-7 and Jeff long needs to go!

That 4 game stretch is the toughest any team has played since expansion in 1992. Seriously, Alabama had a powder donut schedule and we get MMA

I was impressed with what I saw a true four quarters where the Hogs did not self implode in the 4th. Great rushing with a very balanced Offense. I think we finally have a coach and the team has heart. It did the School, Team and Fans a lot of good. I think Coach B took a demoralized group of players and made a team out of them. Now we will see whats possible, Bama and LSU looked rusty and confused a more than a couple times ( early yes ) but Arkansas except for the first quarter defense looked sharp and crisp.

Johnny Football did his magic but also looks like he has matured and settled down to a thinking QB, Very dangerous last year more so this year and his back-up handles pressure ATM is certainly a force. Its going to be an interesting year.
