Wayne SW/MO Posted September 30, 2013 Author Posted September 30, 2013 Yeah I think the Chiefs will make a run a the wild card and they have a good start. Denver is probably a given with Manning. I've watched the pros for around 50 years and there has never been a better QB. Some in the past may have been his equal, but I can't think of a more accurate. Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.

Quillback Posted September 30, 2013 Posted September 30, 2013 Well you should have seen the bozos on the NFL network try and explain that Brady is the better QB of the two. I saw that, I believe their reasoning is that Brady, just speaking of this year BTW, has 2nd class receivers to work with compared to what Manning has.
Flysmallie Posted September 30, 2013 Posted September 30, 2013 Yeah I heard their reasoning but I don't think it matters. That group just seems to love Brady. These are the same people that were saying that KC would have a real test against the Giants and then when KC wins they say it wasn't that big of a deal because they were expected to win. Â Â
Quillback Posted October 1, 2013 Posted October 1, 2013 Well this week they are playing the Titans in Tennessee, Titans have a tough defence, but with Locker hurt their offense won't scare anyone. As long as KC doesn't commit a lot of turnovers, they should win this one.

I think that is ridicules. He has professionals for crying out loud, they can't be all that bad. Besides that we have Jenkins, why I'll never know. Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.
ozark trout fisher Posted October 1, 2013 Posted October 1, 2013 The Pats are fine. Brady has pretty good receivers really, they are just rookies or second year guys. Now that there is a little chemistry between them they are starting to look really good. Not, to put it bluntly, Denver Broncos good, but they may get there when Gronk and Amendola are playing. I expect them to be right there in the Super Bowl hunt just like every year.
Lancer09 Posted October 1, 2013 Posted October 1, 2013 Besides that we have Jenkins, why I'll never know. So we don't have to have Baldwin. Turd Sandwich or Poop Burrito, take your choice. This team is built to beat Denver if any team. Copper is looking good especially for a rook that got picked up off waivers. Parker has been serviceable, and the Bearded One is playing like he deserves the starting job. The Offense slowly is getting together, but we need to find out the extent of Fisher's concussion.
Wayne SW/MO Posted October 1, 2013 Author Posted October 1, 2013 So we don't have to have Baldwin. Turd Sandwich or Poop Burrito, take your choice. I hear you, but surely there was draftee somewhere that could replace either of them. I realize they think Jenkins will come around, and maybe Smith had some input, but I don't think I've seen him catch a ball. Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.
