Lost Bridge South And North Ramps Closed

Just took a little trip over to LB South to see if the ramp was open, got there just as a ranger was telling a striper guide that had just launched to reload his boat and leave. I talked to the ranger for a bit and he told me all COE launches will be closed. The rangers are still working BTW.

Scott called me (F&F) and said guys with boats are having to turn around at Corp ramps and find other means of launching.

I watched 4 boats turned away at Prairie Creek. All corps ramps and parks shut down.

What in pooring rain and dropping temps lol. Na it wont be that bad Saturday... Next Saturday could be a nightmare though.

I have been too busy to go for the past month and a half, and probably won't have time to go until some time next year, with trying to sell one house, rebuild another, and take care of another place, plus working a job two or three days a week. It won't bother me fishing wise unless the shutdown lasts five months. I feel for you guys who cannot get on the lakes. I fear the shutdown might last a couple of years.
