Dutch Posted October 4, 2013 Posted October 4, 2013 Justin said this should not have any effect on State Park ramps or the marina side of Mutton Creek. There are also ramps in the backs of coves down by the dam and up by Cedar Ridge.
Sac River Jim Posted October 4, 2013 Posted October 4, 2013 state park marina is open friend of mine launched there this morning. theres a few places on both sons and the big sac that are private but allow public access that are open. my friend said ruark closed, mutton creek south closed and cedar ridge closed.
blacknoseddace Posted October 5, 2013 Posted October 5, 2013 Is Crabtree open? Has there been any citations or towings at Stockton COE ramps since this whole government mess started?
Members lundone Posted October 6, 2013 Members Posted October 6, 2013 According to the local newspaper, 5 COE employees have been furloughed from the Stockton office. Probably no one working at the COE office to hand out tickets or tow vehicles.
wuteversbitin424 Posted October 6, 2013 Posted October 6, 2013 Lol leave it to the government to quit paying people but expect us to pay a ticket if we do get one wrote. i don't think even if they were working that they would do anything but who knows.
blue79 Posted October 6, 2013 Posted October 6, 2013 i just drove by the ramp in town off of RB road and this is the barricade. No cars, trucks, trailers in the parking lot. They have the bathroom door propped open.I think if they really didnt want anyone in they would have used concrete barriers across the entrances.

wtr dogs Posted October 10, 2013 Author Posted October 10, 2013 It is not a big deal to drive around them. The biggest problem I had was trying to get past a redneck parked sideways in front of the baricade protesting the government shutdown. Nor did I want to leave my" stuff" as the only one in the lot with him around. Crabtree Monday. Home of the the dam of 2009 AKC National Debry Champion.--AMMOAMMO
