I'm not SEC-biased, I'm football biased. Baylor was a pretender and I'm glad they're out. Bama and FSU are clearly 1-2. The computers don't like OSU near as much as the voters, wonder why? Bama vs. FSU would be a heavyweight prize fight. OSU in the title game would be like Notre Dame last year.

Answer me this: If Mizzou wins out and FSU and OSU also win out, who should play for the nat'l championship?

I don't agree they were pretenders. Like some other teams they met a team that was capable of giving a little extra at times.

The computers don't like OSU because they have no bias and go on the strength of the competition. I think that's the only reasonable way to rank. I do think there should be more than one program to eliminate error however. There are too many teams for writers to keep track of them and coaches are far too busy to pay attention to teams outside their conference.

I think as to your question if Missouri wins out than Bama and Auburn are defeated. I would hope they wouldn't do the ridiculous match up of Mizzou against Bama like they did with LSU? As far as FSU and OSU, I don't see anything changing there, unless, the computer decides that OSU gets extra points for beating Mich ST. That's a possibility because it looks like Duke would be FSU's opponent and i don't think they'll get a lot of credit there.

Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.
