Wish I could have spent a little more time with you on the phone today but we were right in the middle of the hunt at Flying Feathers south of Lockwood. We had 20 hunters and ended up bagging 71 birds. I found out my mossberg 935 does not like to shoot 2 3/4 shells. I was single shotting it the whole hunt. I still managed to drop 5 birds. It was a cool hunt (or more of a shoot fest). I have a plan for the pheasant breasts in the near future. Cant wait to share this one with you guys. He had no shotgun so he borrowed mine. Good haul of birds. Did the wind get up during the hunt? It did here. My buddy also said the wind made a difference in his hunt.
