Nice. I hope you put it back. She looks a bit "stiff" in her pose and I have never seen a cooperative fish pose for me on the edge of the deck. Lol!

She's definately been eating good.

Did she have a hole in her lip?? Pretty sure that's the 1 that spit my jig at me just as she got to ythe boat the other day ..... HA.

Yes, she was successfully released and I watched her swim off. And yes Scott, I am enjoying my newfound freedom. As for the shad, I ran out of Monte Ne to Horseshoe Bend and back to the docks south of the mouth of Monte Ne, which is where I caught her. So no reports of shad in Monte Ne, but I can tell you, my graph was pretty quiet on the few spots I did hit. Saw some some guys trolling for stripers in Monte Ne and others jigging spoons around Horseshoe Bend.
