Most fish are still suspended in the 30 ft. range and will not come up that far. Also the weather has not been correct for that rig. Wind is the enemy of the floater. It is pretty much just impossible to present it in the type of wind we are having. It must be super calm for it to work and for you to throw the durn thing.
