troutgnat Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 Jerry I believe a lot of it is also the fact everyone has a 'go to' bait. A lot of my fascination with the wart is personal and simply I have a lot of confidence in throwing it. It's my go-to bait when the conditions are right. I cut my teeth in forcing myself to learn how to fish it and have been rewarded in doing so Darren Sadler "Fishing is an Education...Often the fish 'school' me, yet I do not complain. Quillback Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 Too many pictures of warts.....my vision is getting cloudy...my head is spinning....
Quillback Posted February 13, 2014 Posted February 13, 2014 But, seriously, nice job on those warts Gnat.
troutgnat Posted February 13, 2014 Posted February 13, 2014 And only about another 10 degrees water temperature for prime time wart bashing ....Everyone has their preference for water temp and warts but I absolutely love it in 45-50 degree water. That being said I have caught plenty of bass on the wart in the month of February but probably not this year unless it warms up quick. I don't think I could fish a wart that sllooooooow! dtrs5kprs Posted February 13, 2014 Posted February 13, 2014 Wart molds. Don't think I have posted these, here or at TU. Wish it was a more productive process. The 3D printer is an interesting idea.
Guest Posted February 13, 2014 Posted February 13, 2014 Can I run a live shad thru that 3D printer? Lol

troutgnat Posted February 13, 2014 Posted February 13, 2014 Well thank you Trophy. Great minds think alike Pumpkinseed? Where? A pumpkinseed wouldn't catch fish, just watermelonseed will Darren Sadler "Fishing is an Education...Often the fish 'school' me, yet I do not complain. I just keep going to class!"
