If I knew of one were I could fish with my wife and kids I'd do it. I'd want it to be private though. I'm not much on crowds. Dies anybody rent these things?

I can heat my shed for you and flood my yard, but it's the best i can do on short notice.

Yep. I can also back my truck on to the driveway. You can go ice fishing out of the windows.

You would have to go to Oklahoma. Grand Lake-the heated docks are on the Elk River arm North of Grove. Blue Bluff, Ice Box, or Ponderosa. They are public docks.

There are still some heated docks on Lake of the Ozarks. I'm going up to try them in a couple of weeks. It's about three hours from my house, but I'd rather pay for the gas than pay the out of state license fees to Oklahoma. It's nothing short of extortion for sportsmen. Don't get me wrong, I grew up fishing Grand Lake. We had a cabin there for several years and fished the heated docks every winter. When the licenses went up the way they did we just decided to stay in Missouri.
