Draining Old Gas

Just curious as to which gas went south on you? Was it stabilized?

I'm a sucker for the old Rangers. Almost bought one a few years back for a small lake boat, but the property taxes in KS are evil (but getting better finally).

Actually, the old gas wasn't bad.

I just assumed it needed to be drained.

It was premium gas mixed with stabil.

You will never look back and say, I sure wish I hadn't drained that old gas out. I always put stabil/seafoam or something in my gas and always siphon whatever is in the tank out at the beginning of the year. I usually burn in in my lawnmower, since if it quits running, heck more time to fish.
