Ok, I was wondering if someone can help me out. Im looking at a place a block from the lake at Spring Branch Cove (been looking at it for quite a while now). Heres my question. Theres a marina with a boat ramp at the base of the cove. I was told its owned by some homeowners association, but I cant find any kind of name or contact info. I was interested in buying in so I could use a dock and the ramp when Im down there. The place were buying is part of the lakewood association but I cant figure out who owns that little marina. If anyone could help me out I would appreciate it very much. Were 99% sure on the place, but I dont like the idea of having to drive miles to a public ramp and taking the boat out of the water every night.

Thanks!

Right around mile marker 81, next to Turkey Creek Cove.

Oh...That! It used to be that a land management company disguising itself as a "church" was in charge of all that property. Not sure how that works, or if that is still the situation out there.

Maybe you could become a Deacon and have free rein of the place. LOL

Good fishing up there, and Turkey cr. (above the lake) is a nice little Smallmouth stream....if you can get access to it.

you could call a real estate agent in the area and ask them about the area or knock on a couple of doors

in the area.

i've had questions on properties at the lake before and the local (stress local) real estate

agents were always helpful.

I was just googling the 81 mm and I found out there is some business there called The Old Oar. I do not know if that is the place but you can google it up. I think they are a private bar and what have you. you might run into a ramp fee with them.
