So put in at Houseman and go down to where? Beaver? I have fished Houseman upstream, but not downstream. I have a 20'walleye boat so am I OK on this stretch of river? Hate to ask too many questions, but will take whatever help available as I learn the area.

Table Rock backs up the river to the back of Beaver Dam when above the 915 level. At Houseman and below you should be fine if you stay near the channel when running on plane.

If you see other boats in the river below Beaver town toward the dam, please don't run on plane. It is not 100 yards across and you should not run on plane that close to other boats. People will get very upset.

I don't run on plane there, but have seen many others do it, and had water skiers pass by while I was fishing.

Sounds like Beavertown makes more sense. I understand about running in tight quarters. Tanneycomo is like this and they rip right past you. Looks like we are actually heading down Tuesday morning. The run from the dam to Beaver is not to bad, but it is a haul south to war eagle. Not sure I will make it down there this time.

Got into the walleyes a little today before the rain came in. Wind was blowing pretty hard. Kind of a nasty day. We caught one good white bass and that was it other than the walleye largemouth and Kentuckys. Someone is catching whites in the river though. Saw a big pile of carcasses at the ramp.

I tried at goshen yesterday and war eagle mill today and blanked both times. Think it's still too early for them this year at both places. Gonna try blue springs area in the morning before I go to work in the afternoon.
