mic Posted March 2, 2014 Posted March 2, 2014 I found this today on Amazon deals... Thought I would share: Four Night/Five Day Canoe Trip for $200. http://local.amazon.com/national/B00II8KC18
David Unnerstall Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 The first thing I thought about was mosquitoes. It was the second and third things I thought about, also. My wife and I went ice-fishing by sled dog a few years ago in March. No mosquitoes.
KCRIVERRAT Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 Do a fly-in somewhere. Just once... you'll be hooked. Screw paddlin' and portaging. Plenty of good deals out there. PM me for my favorite, but if you're interested better hurry. HUMAN RELATIONS MANAGER @ OZARK FISHING EXPEDITIONS
Gavin Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 You could probably do it yourself for around $200-250 including gas if you share a vehicle and have all the gear you need. It was only $208 dollars per man on our trip to the St. Croix this year. 1 truck, 2 canoes, 4 guys..Paid for the shuttle, food, and a hotel room in Grantsburg, WI one night...maybe another $50 for meals on the road, plus cocktails.
